Pricing is as follows:

* The product will be dispatched from Australia, and GST (10%) is added for sales to purchasers in that country. Import and/or state taxes may apply upon delivery to purchasers in other countries and regions. These taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Prices are inclusive of shipping by registered mail.

Program Use

Purchase of the software will license the use of the program in a non-commercial environment by a single, named student for a period of two years. This student becomes a VV Registered User. The software records the Registered User's name on a security device during the early part of the course and the the program will then function only for that person. Under the Licence Agreement, use by other persons and on-selling to third parties is not permitted. The security device will prevent the use of the software after the end of the licence period.

What is Included

The product parcel will be dispatched within seven days of order receipt and will contain the following:

• One DVD ROM containing all the software necessary to run the course
• One USB security device (dongle)
• One getting started booklet.
• One simulator functions quick reference card

Money-back guarantee policy

If you are unable to install the software, or are not satisfied that you are learning valuable skills from the course we will refund your purchase money, subject to the following:

1. The guarantee is limited to a period of thirty days after receipt, that is, the date you signed for the parcel delivery.
2. The contents of the parcel are returned to Visual Vectoring Pty Ltd in full.
3. Not more than five (5) hours of lesson movies have been viewed and not more than ten (10) hours of simulation have been done. This data is stored on the security dongle, which must be returned in functioning condition.
4. The refund will not include import or local taxes paid by the purchaser on delivery, or the postage costs of returning the course materials to Visual Vectoring Pty Ltd.
